We were thrilled to host the 2023 Melbourne Storm Player of the Year Awards in October, a night marking the NRL club’s milestones and its 25th anniversary.
The venue excitedly buzzed, hosting players, coaches, staff, and partners. It was a night where formal accolades met festive celebrations, creating unforgettable moments for everyone involved.

As guests arrived at Q Events, they were welcomed by an impressive, double-sized purple media wall, creating an exciting, media-worthy atmosphere.
The venue was elegantly immersed in the Melbourne Storm purple, with tables adorned in club colours and logos, celebrating the essence of the team throughout the evening.
Thanks to our skilled AV partners, Technical Events, the room glowed in rich purple hues, with screens showcasing player highlights, ensuring guests enjoyed the announcements from every angle.
The awards ceremony was the centrepiece of the evening, not just honouring the club’s top performers but also celebrating the dedication and effort of every team member. Guests eagerly anticipated the prestigious Cameron Smith Player of the Year Award and the RedZed Members of the Year Award, which were proudly presented to Xavier Coates and Nick Meaney, respectively.
This celebration of excellence extended to other deserving winners, who were also acknowledged for their contributions throughout the season.
