Why the tour?
3D Virtual Tours have gained popularity within the last couple of year as their technology has advanced. We are excited about our new 3D virtual tour, as we craft an immersive experience for both our current and prospective clients giving them the opportunity to digitally navigate our space online and also caters to those who are unable to visit in person. The tour will give clients greater confidence and transparency in their decision to choose Q Events as their event space.

With the ability to interact with specific spaces and elements within the venue, this new innovation revolutionises the way clients engage with our space. Our 3D virtual tour provides a virtual journey of our venue, providing a walk through of the entire venue plus additional 360-degree views of each room set up for a different style depending on the event. This ensures our current and future clients can grasp a better sense of the space size, layout and design.
The shoot day!
Working closely with The Event Styler and Technical events , our preferred suppliers supported us to make sure every detail was just right! From floral arrangements, napkins, glassware, tablecloths, AV, 16ft 4K LED screen, speciality lighting and more. We explored three concepts within the venue space, a wedding set-up, corporate set-up and private set-up. The Event Styler created looks for our Wedding setting, Corporate and Private in collaboration with Technical events. We were so lucky to work with our photographer Bright Light Weddings to capture these stunning looks.

16FT 4K Screen
We were able to feature the newest tech on the day. Technical events showcased their 16ft 4K screen, it’s cutting edge technology allowing for seamless presentations, product launches and brand showcases.
