Contacting suppliers, waiting for responses, sourcing quotes, realizing they aren’t within your budget or booked already and starting the process over again. Planning a wedding can be time-consuming, especially when you have never planned an event like this before. That’s why at Q events, we take a hands-on approach to planning your wedding. You will work closely with your dedicated wedding planner to create an event that is truly YOU! We’ll act as your silent partners in the planning and execution, ensuring this day is all about you and your partner.
We have an online planning platform to guide you through this process. You will also be allowed to attend menu tastings and introductory events with a range of suppliers so you can source your quotes quickly and effortlessly.
It’s time to bring wedding planning into a new perspective.
As a part of the #Qbride tribe, you will gain access to a range of specialized wedding suppliers that will work with you to create bespoke wedding concepts that will complement your vision. You will receive three planning sessions where you will be personally introduced to our wedding vendors. Of course, if you have relationships with suppliers already, there is no obligation to use our suppliers. However, our preferred partners have been handpicked because we are confident you will receive the time and attention you deserve throughout the planning process. Our vendors are also familiar with our venue and will be able to assist you in planning your wedding at Q events.
And before you know it, the big day has arrived. You wake up with mixed emotions. Excited, nervous or maybe a combination of both. The last year or so of planning has all led to this moment. This day is all about you. So, let yourself feel present and focused on enjoying every aspect without worrying about the little details. We’ve got that all covered. Our in-house operations team don’t just serve you; they do whatever it takes to ensure that this day is as special as you imagined.
You can rest assured that we will coordinate with every supplier so your day runs smoothly without exception. We will even be there to raise a toast in celebration of the newly declared Mr. and Mrs. or alike.
